Material Handler/Forklift Operator - Days

LACOSTA is hiring experienced Material Handlers/Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team in Corinth, MS. This is a full-time, rotating schedule position with weekly pay, consistent hours, and the opportunity to start quickly.

Job Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule, 12-hour shifts

(Week 1: Tues/Wed/Sat/Sun | Week 2: Mon/Thurs/Fri)

• Day Shift: 7:00AM-7:00PM

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)

• $16 /hr (depending on experience)

Job Description:

Responsible for operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, stage, load, and prepare products for shipment in a warehouse environment.

Job Duties:

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move materials
• Load and unload trucks
• Pull orders from inventory and deliver materials to production areas
• Stage finished products for shipment
• Locate, verify, and pack materials for shipping
• Prepare finished stock by identifying, loading, and securing product
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report shortages
• Perform pre-use inspections on material-handling equipment
• Keep inventory areas, loading docks, and machinery clean and organized
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• May operate additional equipment such as high-pressure washers

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of forklift experience
• Experience operating other warehouse machinery preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout a 12-hour shift
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Must wear required PPE (LACOSTA shirt, steel-toed boots, long pants, safety gear)
• Remove all jewelry and accessories while on the floor
• Smoke-free facility
