We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure quality standards are consistently met, and maintain accurate documentation of all work performed. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader who can effectively manage a team, prioritize tasks, solve problems independently, and maintain a high level of accountability in a fast-paced environment.
Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week
- 1st Shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM
Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)
- $19.00/hour
Job duties:
Responsible for leading day-to-day site operations, supervising and supporting the cleaning team, maintaining required documentation, and ensuring all services are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
- Lead and supervise daily site operations by assigning work, directing staff, and ensuring cleaning services are completed to company standards.
- Perform routine and specialty cleaning duties alongside the team while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety expectations.
- Complete and maintain required documentation, inspections, reports, and quality control records accurately and on time.
- Train, coach, and support team members, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and cleaning standards.
- Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or facilities services preferred.
- Ability to lead a team, work independently, and manage daily operations with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- Ability to walk, stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs independently.
- Must wear company-provided uniform, steel-toed boots/shoes, and required PPE.
- Jewelry and accessories must be removed while working.
