Janitorial SupervisorOverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and will be responsible for overseeing our team of cleaners to ensure cleanliness across the site. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. This role requires a proactive approach to custodial duties, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency in commercial cleaning tasks.Schedule: Monday-FridayDay Shift: 11:00 AM-7:30 PMPay: Paid weekly! (every Friday)Day Shift: $16.50/Hr.Duties:Must wear all PPE the entire duration of 8 hour shift, this includes: Steel toe shoes, hi vis vest, safety glasses, hard hat, etc.)Oversee cleaning staff and conduct audits to ensure all areas are kept up to cleanliness standardsPerform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.Buff and polish floors to maintain their appearance.Conduct thorough cleaning of windows, walls, and surfaces as needed.Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts throughout the facility.Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required.Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.ExperiencePrevious experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory.Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.Knowledge of commercial cleaning standards and practices is beneficial.Experience with industrial cleaning methods is advantageous.Skills in residential painting or general maintenance can enhance your application.Join our team as a Janitor and contribute to creating a clean, safe, and inviting environment for all!We conduct pre-employment background checks and drug screens.#WI4560
