ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:
The Director of Enrollment leads a results-oriented team to manage all strategic enrollment initiatives at the main campus in Scranton, PA. In collaboration with administrators and staff, the Director develops and implements a comprehensive and aggressive recruitment plan to attract, enroll, and retain a diverse pool of students.
The Director also works with all departments and locations to develop a strategic plan to ensure efficient and effective operations which promotes growth of enrollment.
The Director manages and supports the Enrollment Department staff and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees in those positions.
Essential duties and responsibilities:

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Marketing or related field required.
- Master’s Degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years recruitment/sales experience required.
- Prior experience as a Director of Admissions or Enrollment Management in Higher Ed required.
- Experience building a recruitment plan to fill cohorts of programmatic enrollment.
- Prior supervisory experience in a non-traditional educational setting is preferred.
