Position Summary
Health insurance and healthcare are complicated. That’s where we come in. Our team works every day to simplify insurance, healthcare, and benefits for businesses
and their people.
As a Member Advocate / Client Manager you will serve as a member of a broader Healthcare & Benefits Team – working directly health plan members, HR & Benefits Teams, healthcare providers and insurance carriers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer individual member questions about health plans, bills, access, coverage and claims, etc.
- Collaborate with the Lacher Service Team to support healthcare and benefit plan administration, problem-solving, and communications.
- Actively contribute to the culture, growth, and thinking of the Healthcare & Benefits Team.
A requirement for this position is to obtain your life & health insurance (L&H) license. Studying for and passing this exam is completed during the first 4-6 weeks of joining the firm – with full support provided by the Lacher Team.
