We are seeking a confident, experienced general dentist to fill-in during our doctor's vacation, Mondays though Thursdays, June 16-26.
If you can only complete a portion of this temporary opportunity, we would still like to talk.
Our practice is a high quality general dentistry in Lacey with a supportive team.
Our dental practice environment is also one of the nicest and best-equipped dental practices in the region, with tools and materials beyond the reach of 95% of other dental practices.
FYI: we do expect to be expanding the practice operatories and hiring an associate later this year, so this may be a good way to get to know us if you have any interest in an associate opportunity at a later date.

Responsibilities:
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and dental assistants to ensure efficient patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic dental records systems (Eaglesoft)
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school in North America.
- Valid state dental license and current CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and equipment
- Proficient in medical terminology, patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, medical coding, and medical documentation
- Familiarity with dental office systems and electronic dental records (Eaglesoft)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
