A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY:
As a Customer Service Associate, your typical workday revolves around providing stellar service to our valued clients. You'll manage customer inquiries, displaying professionalism and a friendly demeanor, while efficiently scheduling service appointments and dispatching our skilled technicians. Your attention to detail will be critical in maintaining customer records, ensuring smooth billing and invoicing processes. You'll work closely with our field technicians to provide timely customer updates. Additionally, you'll play a key role in obtaining permits for specific jobs, ensuring seamless project execution. All of this will be part of your full-time schedule, which offers flexibility between Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Customer service experience
- Dispatching experience
- Ability to adapt and work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Outgoing personality with a lot of patience
- Proficient in managing and posting content on company social media accounts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer applications is a bonus
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, as we serve a diverse clientele
- Knowledge of creating engaging content, including videos, graphics, and written posts, to effectively promote the company's brand would be a plus
