Role Description
This on-site, full-time role in Santa Monica, CA, is for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve dealership sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing sales activities, training and mentoring sales staff, reviewing performance metrics, and creating strategies to drive sales growth. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to maintain optimal inventory levels and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with skills in negotiation, relationship building, and achieving sales goals
- Leadership and team management abilities, including mentoring and performance evaluation
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset and experience with creating and implementing sales strategies
- Understanding of the automotive industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
