Lacamas Counseling is seeking Licensed and Associate Licensed Child & Family Counselors to join our growing team in Camas, WA.
This is an opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, parents, and families and wants to build a caseload that reflects their clinical interests and strengths.
You don’t have to fit into a predetermined clinical mold. We value counselors who have a particular population they care deeply about and want the freedom to develop their expertise while being part of a connected professional community.
WE’RE ESPECIALLY INTERESTED IN COUNSELORS WHO ENJOY WORKING WITH:
· Children and adolescents
· Teens navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or life transitions
· Parents seeking support with parenting challenges
· Parent-child relationships and family dynamics Children and families navigating divorce, separation, or blended-family transitions
· School-related concerns, peer relationships, and social challenges
· ADHD, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, or executive functioning
· Trauma and adverse childhood experiences
· Grief and loss
· Neurodivergent children and families
· Family communication and relational concerns
· Other child, adolescent, or family specialties
You may have expertise in one or several of these areas—or bring another specialty that would complement our team. We are interested in clinicians who have developed a strong area of clinical interest and want the autonomy to practice from their expertise.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE OPTIONS:
· 22-30 APPOINTMENTS PER WEEK – Full-Time Clinical Schedule (Preferred)
o $75/ SESSION | $78K–$105K Annualized Earning Potential | Associate Licensed
o $85/SESSION | $88K–$120K Annualized Earning Potential | Fully Licensed
o $115/SESSION | $114K–$155K Annualized Earning Potential | PsyD or PhD
· 16-21 APPOINTMENTS PER WEEK – Part-Time Clinical Schedule
o $70/ SESSION | $51K–$66K Annualized Earning Potential | Associate Licensed
o $80/SESSION | $61K–$80K Annualized Earning Potential | Fully Licensed
o $110/SESSION | $80K–$102K Annualized Earning Potential | PsyD or PhD
Annualized earning potential is based on 52 weeks and completed client sessions. Actual earnings will vary based on completed sessions and time worked.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:
· W-2 Employee
· Sick Leave Accrual: 1 hour per 40 hours worked (approximately 31 hours annually at 24 hours/week)
· WA & OR Licensure Reimbursement
· Choose a 16–21 appointment part-time schedule or our preferred 22 appointment schedule
o Provide direct counseling to adults, couples, and/or other populations aligned with your clinical specialties
o Build a caseload that reflects your clinical interests, expertise, and professional goals
o Participate in group consultation and peer collaboration
o Contribute to a healthy, connected, and collaborative team culture
o Work primarily in-person at our Camas office
o One day per week of telehealth from a home office is available
