What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solution Architect position at LabVantage Solutions, Inc?
Demonstrate clear understanding of professional services operation model and project implementation methodologies. Accountable for customer experience improvements. Sharing knowledge internally and with customers. Providing demonstrations to customers and managing deliverables. Provide technical consultations to customer and communicate fluently. Build and manage effective internal and external partnerships to ensure delivery of objectives. Take ownership of crisis situations during the execution phase of projects and come up with appropriate resolution to the crisis. Build strong product knowledge and should be able to provide robust design solutions to customer requirements. Need to come up with very accurate effort estimates and gauging customer requirements in advance. Provided input to product development team directed towards further improvement of product in terms of new functionalities based on customer requirements encountered in projects. Need to work very closely with onsite Business Analyst, Project Manager, and offshore Team. Solution Architect will be responsible for all the project deliverables by overseeing the delivery process and by laying out the delivery framework. Solution Architects need to manage/drive/lead all customer demonstrations. Communicate design issues and requirements between development, marketing, QA to design optimal and user applications software. Communicate project progress with Project Managers and Business Analysts, and coordinate project development work of the project team. Remotely manage, troubleshoot, and administer multiple LIMS environment. Weekend and late evening support to perform project activities. Acting systemically to improve customer experience. Accountable for customer experience improvements. Provide technical consultations to customer and communicate fluently. Act as Technical Designer for such projects being an expert on LabVantage software.Education: Bachelor Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related. Foreign academic equivalence acceptable.Experience: 36 months experience in the job offered, Solution Engineer, or relatedRequired Skills: Experience with Array and Kit Management, Analytical Quality Control (AQC) Batch Management, and NGS-COVID and NGS-OMICS Workflows Management
