Responsibilities
$35 - $40 per hour - Dependent on fit and experience.

Responsibilities
- Collect and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
- Document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support development of process maps and workflow diagrams.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and status reporting.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and quality assurance activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, sales, and operations.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in business analysis or related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Jira preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and presentation skills.
