Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and BI developers to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile framework.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Use Jira to manage and track user stories, tasks, and sprint progress.
- Ensure consistent and thorough documentation of requirements, workflows, and data definitions.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Support data validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Proficiency with Jira for Agile project tracking and management.
- Experience with Confluence preferred.
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable requirements.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical team members.
- Experience supporting BI/Data Teams preferred.
- Insurance industry experience preferred.
