Responsibilities:
Sending Product Introductory emails to Clients
Identifying new territories for expansion of business
Identifying new agents / dealers for business representation.
Preparing Database of Customers
Preparing Visit Plans and executing them.
Preparing Visit reports and following them
Preparing quotations and Proforma Invoice.
Negotiations
Co-ordination with Customer for Advance Payments / Balance payments.
Updating CRM
Target Planning bifurcated into Monthly and Weekly Plans.
Review of Visit plans
Weekly reviews on Confirmed / Pipelines / Focused / Hot / Warm enquiries.
Independent handling of a prime area to secure independent Target
Strategize to focus on High Value products
Reviewing discounting pattern to increase profitability.
Improvising of Payment Terms for better fund flow rolling.
Emphasize on Payment inflow and monitoring it.
Submit weekly MIS to the Management.
Sales Budgeting
Participating in National and International Exhibition with forecasting on ROI
