We are seeking caring, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about working with children to join our team!
Open Positions:
- Early Childhood Teachers
- Teacher Assistants
- Part-Time Assistant Director
Qualifications:
Teachers:
- 60 semester hours from an accredited college, including 6 hours in early childhood education or a related field; OR
- 30 semester hours, including 6 in early childhood education, plus one year (1,560 hours) of qualifying childcare experience.
Assistant Director:
- 60 semester hours from an accredited college, including 18 hours in early childhood education or a related field.
- Qualifying experience may substitute for certain educational requirements, subject to DCFS regulations.
General Requirements:
- Must meet all applicable Illinois DCFS licensing and background check requirements.
- Demonstrate patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Be dependable, nurturing, and attentive to children's developmental needs.
- Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
