What are the responsibilities and job description for the Phlebotomist position at LABRADOR PRIMARY CARE CENTER?
We are a fast growing family practice office looking for an experienced phlebotomist to work in our lab area. Must have phlebotomy experience & be able to work independently. This is a full time position, Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm. Benefits after 90 day probation period include paid holidays, sick days, and vacation, medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, and 401k with company match.

JOB REQUIREMENTS include:
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a phlebotomist
- Strong Phlebotomy skills
- Experience with EKG, IM injections, SQ injections
- Proficient at taking vital signs including manual Blood Pressure
- EMR experience
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Strong communication skills / telephone etiquette
- Team player
- Customer Service focused
- Problem solver
- Ability to multi-task in fast pace environment
- Maturity and common sense a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
