We're looking for a Machinist with a strong work ethic, who loves machining, is not afraid to work with their hands, and is an A-star team player. You will have specific experience in operating our machines, controllers, programming languages, and CAM software packages.
The ideal candidate will be adept at precision manufacturing tasks, capable of interpreting technical drawings, and dedicated
to maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC and manual machines, specifically ROBODRILL α-D21SiB5Plus
- Program and operate FANUC Series 31i-B5 Controller
- Utilize G-code, M-code for machine operations
- Work with BobCAD, Fusion 360, Mastercam, to create and optimize manufacturing processes
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD designs
- Set up, adjust, and maintain machine tools and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize manufacturing processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Proven experience as a machinist (3 years) with specific experience on ROBODRILL α-D21SiB Plus with FANUC Series 31i-B5 Controllers.
- Proficiency with CNC and manual machines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Familiarity with G and M code programming and BobCAD, Fusion 360, Mastercam,
- CAM software packages.
