Production Technician – Plastic Injection Molding

Location: Kenton, OH

LaborMax Staffing is hiring Production Technicians for a plastic injection molding company. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Shifts & Pay: Weekly Pay!
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $17.00/hr
Must be able to train on first shift for 2 weeks at first shift wages ($16/hr, 7AM-3:30PM)

• Overtime: May be required before or after scheduled shifts
• Lunch Break: 30-minute unpaid break (do not clock out unless leaving the property)
  

Position Details

• Must be able to stand for the entire duration of the shift
• Not physically demanding but requires the ability to lift 30-40 lbs as needed
• Responsible for operating multiple press machines simultaneously
• Must be able to use air press tools
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure product meets specifications
• Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines
• Inspect and trim molded parts to meet quality standards
• Perform basic machine adjustments as needed
• Utilize air press tools efficiently
• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure product consistency
• Follow all safety and production guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
