Now Hiring: Battery Service Technician – Temp-to-Hire Opportunity!

LaborMax Staffing is recruiting for a hands-on, temp-to-hire Battery Service Technician position with a well known client in Delaware OH. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team that values safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: Starting at $20/hr

Schedule: Full-time, with potential for after-hours and weekend work

What You’ll Do:

• Travel to customer sites to install, replace, and maintain battery systems used in Telecom, UPS, and Switch-Gear applications

• Use hand and power tools, digital voltmeters, and electrical test equipment

• Follow OSHA, DOT Hazmat, and company safety protocols

• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment

• Deliver top-tier service and represent the company professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with tools

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly (100 lbs occasionally)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must pass drug screening (initial and ongoing)

• Overnight and extended stays may be required

Preferred Skills:

• Customer service experience in field support

• Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
