Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)

Location: Near OSU Campus (on bus line)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team at a busy apartment complex located near the OSU campus. This is a part-time position with consistent weekday hours, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping properties in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in apartment units
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances (refrigerators, stoves, etc.)
• Assist with HVAC maintenance and basic repairs
• Complete landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and cleanup
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants, including cleaning and minor repairs
• Move furniture and assist with clearing out apartments as needed
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in maintenance, HVAC, or related fields preferred
• Basic knowledge of appliance repair and general handyman skills
• Ability to lift and move furniture and perform physical tasks
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
