Job Overview
We are hiring motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Fence Installers / General Laborers. This is a great opportunity to get started in the construction industry—no fence installation experience required!

What You’ll Do
- Assist with installation of wood, vinyl, and chain link fences
- Dig post holes and set fence posts
- Load, unload, and move materials on job sites
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Follow direction from crew leaders and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Travel to local job sites as needed
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Entry-level construction or labor experience is a plus (not required)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team
- Reliable transportation preferred
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Day shift
