Production Worker- Operator

The Production Worker – Operator is responsible for executing various stages of the

stone veneer production process in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs). Key responsibilities include pouring, screeding, and leveling concrete into
molds, applying color using appropriate tools, inspecting and packing finished products,
and handling materials and packaging components such as boxes and pallets. Depending
on the assigned production stage, training may be provided for power tools and screeding
equipment. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the
ability to identify product quality and defects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Knows and applies general line production operation process: includes, but is not
limited to, packing, stacking, and sorting products.
• Follows ALL per-site guidelines on PPE requirements and team rotations.
• Knows and understands safety requirements for the area
• Able to identify and apply quality product standards on the production Line
• Communicates with employees effectively and respectfully as a team.
• Knows and applies the Line production operation process on ALL formats
(Flats/CRN/VST/DQ as applicable )
• Able to identify and apply product quality standards on ALL formats
(Flats/CRN/VST/DQ as applicable )
• Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning designated areas and maintaining
minimum cleanliness standards.
• All other duties as requested or assigned by the supervisor and/or lead.
