Hotel Maintenance Technician

The Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of hotel facilities through routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities. This individual works independently to maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, ensuring safety and comfort for guests and staff. The role offers opportunities for technical specialization and requires effective collaboration with vendors and hotel tenants while using a combination of manual logs and modern mobile tools for maintenance management.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems
• Diagnose and repair issues in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other mechanical systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and coordinate with vendors
• Respond to emergency repair situations promptly within scheduled hours
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and equipment status

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance roles
• Technical Certificate in HVAC or Electrical systems
