Job Description

LaborMAX Staffing is hiring experienced Event Cooks for a one-day event in Bentonville, Arkansas!

We are looking for dependable individuals with previous commercial kitchen or cooking experience to assist professional chefs with food preparation, baking, frying, and general kitchen operations.

This is a behind-the-scenes kitchen position with no customer interaction required. All necessary equipment will be provided.

Available Shifts

• First Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Second Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with preparing and cooking food for an event.
• Perform baking, frying, and general food preparation duties.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Assist with kitchen setup, cleanup, and other tasks as needed.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience working in a kitchen, restaurant, catering operation, or food preparation environment.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, baking, or frying.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy kitchen.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must be available for the full scheduled shift on Saturday, October 17.
