Warehouse Associate – First Shift
Location: Byhalia, MS
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
We are hiring dependable Warehouse Associates for a first-shift position at Quadient in Byhalia, Mississippi. The primary responsibility is safely loading and unloading FedEx trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload FedEx trucks
- Move, sort, and stage incoming and outgoing packages
- Verify shipments and report damaged or missing items
- Keep docks and work areas clean and organized
- Follow all warehouse and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or truck-loading experience is preferred
- Ability to lift and move packages throughout the shift
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical work
- Dependable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Must arrive on time and be ready to work at 6:00 AM
