Housekeeper / Room Care

We are seeking dedicated Housekeepers / Room Care Attendants to maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to hotel standards, and a courteous approach to guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms promptly and efficiently following hotel procedures and standards
• Keep linen carts neat, well-stocked, and organized
• Report maintenance issues such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC within guest rooms
• Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued
• Report lost and found items to the supervisor
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with inventory stocking and procedure requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in housekeeping
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic inventory management skills
