Job Description

LaborMax Staffing is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to perform field compliance checks at assigned liquor stores, gas stations, and convenience stores throughout Oregon.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, traveling to different locations, following clear instructions, and completing accurate reports.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail locations within your designated service area.
• Conduct alcohol ID-verification compliance checks according to established client procedures.
• Follow all training, instructions, and applicable laws.
• Accurately document the results of each assigned visit.
• Submit reports promptly after completing assignments.
• Communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Complete all assigned visits and notify your supervisor promptly of any issues.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, if driving is required.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate reporting skills.
• Comfortable working independently with limited direct supervision.
• Able to use a smartphone to access assignments and submit reports.
• Professional communication and good judgment.
• Willingness to complete required training and follow detailed procedures.
• Must meet the client's eligibility and age requirements.
