LaborMax Staffing in Rogers, AR is looking for a motivated, organized, and people-oriented Staffing Specialist to join our growing team!

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping individuals find employment while supporting local businesses with their staffing needs.

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply! Being able to communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking applicants and employees is a valuable asset to our branch.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, interview, screen, and onboard candidates for various job opportunities.
• Assist walk-in applicants, answer incoming calls, and respond to candidate inquiries.
• Match qualified candidates with available job openings based on their experience, skills, and availability.
• Coordinate drug screenings, background checks, and onboarding requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records, applications, and staffing information.
• Communicate with employees regarding job assignments, schedules, attendance, and expectations.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager to fill open orders quickly and efficiently.
• Build positive relationships with employees and local business clients.
• Follow up with assigned employees and clients to ensure successful placements.
• Support daily recruiting goals, branch operations, and overall business growth.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize responsibilities.
• Comfortable handling high-volume phone calls, walk-in applicants, and changing priorities.
• Basic computer skills, accurate data entry, and attention to detail.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and genuine interest in helping others succeed.
• Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, administrative work, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
