Now Hiring: Pouching Line Operator | Ferndale, WA
Full-Time | Starting at $22 /hr (DOE)
Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re hiring a Pouching Line Operator to join our team and help keep production running smoothly and efficiently. If you’re mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoy staying busy—this could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up, operate, and monitor pouching/packaging machines
- Perform quality checks to ensure product meets specifications
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and keep equipment running
- Move materials using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
- Keep your work area clean and organized (GMP standards)
- Track production and complete basic documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
- Ability to work on your feet and lift as needed
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
