Work location is currently Minnetonka, but candidates should be open to a potential move to another site within 15 miles, depending on future operational requirements.

About The Role
- Accurately and quickly pick, pack, and ship customer orders, paying close attention to packing shipments properly to avoid damage during transport.
- Receive and verify incoming shipments, maintain accurate records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse and track shipments electronically via SAP Warehouse.
- Deliver supplies, materials, and equipment to other departments as necessary and lift and move heavy items/packages as required assisting other departments.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliation and monitor and highlight any low inventory items & communicate low level stock items to purchasing.
- International shipment processing, processing and facilitating RMAs to and from the vendor and customer RMAs and creating/printing labels for finished goods.
- Assist in the assembly of product kits for customers.
- High school diploma/GED and 1-2 years warehouse experience.
- Ability to work on assignments that require judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
- Able to lift 50 pounds and be capable of walking or standing for long periods of time.
- Forklift experience and certification a plus.
- Moderate computer proficiency (MS Office experience preferred).
- Visual/SAP or other ERP experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to train and provide direction to junior team members.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work overtime as needed.
