The Assembler I and Assembler II works for the Production Supervisor, and in assembles,
inspects, and packages the Company’s products.
RESPONSIBILITIES: please provide the day-to-day responsibilities and expectations of this

Follow and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Follow approved process sheets or authorized deviations (TVAs), for all stages of
product processing.
Complete training and understand documentation needed to comply with
Laborie’s quality system policies and procedures.
Show constant attention to detail, and immediately inform supervisor of anything
out of the ordinary, or anything which does not conform to the approved process
sheets.
Perform a variety of basic assembly processes, such as: cutting, bonding,
wrapping, cleaning, etc.
Operate various types of custom machinery, such as: semi-auto bonding
machines, packaging equipment, etc.
Conduct quality self-inspection of all assemblies processed.
Work in a team environment using the skills of communicating, listening and
participating in developing continuous improvement on products and processes.
