POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides comprehensive support to the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and serves as a strategic extension operating as a highly trusted partner responsible for increasing executive effectiveness, driving organizational priorities and ensuring disciplined execution across the system. This position functions as a proactive integrator across the system, translating leadership priorities into action and ensuring alignment across stakeholders, initiatives, and communications.
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Seven (7) years of progressive experience in executive support, operations or project management.
Must possess independent decision-making abilities, as well as considerable judgment and initiative to determine the approach or action to take in non-routine, highly sensitive situations.
Must possess the ability to convey a professional image, as well as effectively represent the executive as appropriate in his/her relationship with external customers.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field
Experience supporting C-suite executives
Additional related education and/or experience.
