We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have ShipHero Experience and be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order slips or scanning devices
- Pack items securely and according to company standards
- Label packages with correct shipping information
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing
- Utilize ShipHero WMS

Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ShipHero WMS
