We're hiring Inspector Picker/Packers to assemble, visually inspect, and package finished goods in a manufacturing/cleanroom environment. This role is critical to product quality — combining hands-on packing work with detailed visual inspection to ensure every shipment meets company and customer standards.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack finished goods according to procedure and supervisor instruction (≈45% of the role)
- Visually inspect parts for quality issues, flagging defects per established standards (≈40% of the role)
- Assemble shipping boxes and maintain accurate stack and box counts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with manufacturing and cleanroom standards

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience; 1 year of manufacturing experience (medical cleanroom a plus)
- Good eyesight (including color vision) and strong dexterity for visual inspection and detailed packing work
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform standing, bending, squatting, and climbing throughout the shift
- General reading and math skills; able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and a strong team player in a fast-paced production environment
