Job Summary
As a Manufacturing Warehouse Associate, you’ll help the production presses to make quality parts that meet customer specifications. You’ll be responsible for start-up, production, and shut-down tasks while keeping safety, quality, and cleanliness a top priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Review quality standards and first articles before starting production.
- Monitor parts during production to ensure they meet specifications.
- Complete required logs, checklists, and paperwork accurately.
- Communicate issues or quality concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Perform shift change duties, including debriefing the next operator and cleaning your work cell.
- Stop production if safety or quality standards are not met.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (technical training a plus).
- Experience in manufacturing or press operations preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
