Position overview

A document solutions company in Houston, TX 77007 is hiring Document Scanning Operators for their secure production facility. You will operate high-speed scanners to digitize client documents, perform quality checks on image output, and cross-train across multiple workstations. This is a Monday through Friday position with 1st shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) and 2nd shift (3:30 PM to 12:00 AM) available.

Responsibilities

• Operate production-grade scanners (Kodak, Fujitsu, Canon) to digitize large volumes of client documents

• Perform quality control checks on scanned image output and flag issues

• Read and follow work orders for each scanning project

Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance on scanning equipment

• Cross-train across all 5 production workstations as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 40-50% of an 8-hour shift

• Must pass a background check (7-year lookback)

• No cell phone use during production hours (secure facility)

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance track record
