Location: CHAPIN, SCPAY: 17.00/ hourTitle: Field Service Rep/ Driver Responsibilities and Duties★ As a Field Service Representative, you will be the first representation of our company to our customers.Which means you will be responsible for meeting new customers, setting and maintaining expectations witheach customer of what they can count on from our company, and listening to our customers and their needs.★ Inventorying and packing out all of the clothing and fabric items from our customer’s home that wereaffected by the loss, as well as delivering the restored items back to their home.★ You would be responsible for driving a company owned vehicle to and from several customer stopsthroughout the course of the day.★ Lifting, carrying, and walking clean products into and soiled products out of customer’s homes.★ You will also be accountable for customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries and requests in atimely and professional manner.★ In this role you would receive cross training in our production warehouse environment to allow you theopportunity to understand the duties of our in-house production cleaning process.Desired/Required Skills● Very flexible schedule● Clean driving record and background check● Willing to travel long distances● Excellent communication and written skills● Ability to listen and accommodate others● Desire to help people● Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis● High level of attention to detail● Ability and flexibility to work in challenging environments, that would include patiently working with emotionalcustomers, working in a smoky or sooty environment, working in hot or cold conditions● Ability to manage time and routes for a streamlined delivery experience● Work well independently● Familiarity with GPS devices or mapping apps Please complete your online application at www.laborstaffing.com -
