Heavy Equipment Operator - Certified LULL / Rough Terrain

Labor Source of South Carolina is in immediate need of an equipment operator at a local commercial construction site.

Ideal applicants should be fully versed in handling Rough Terrain vehicles such as, but not limited to;

  • Lull

As a Certified Rough Terrain (LULL) Operator, you are an essential part of the construction industry. Your role involves various tasks related to the construction, renovation, or maintenance of commercial buildings. Ideal applicants should be licensed and have ample amount of experience in operating said machinery as well as having worked within a commercial construction.

Skills include, but are not limited to:

  • Having Rough Terrain/Lull Certification is preferred but if not, must have relevant experience
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work zone
  • Working closely with a team and other on-site workers, including construction supervisors, project managers, and subcontractors.
  • May assist in the loading, unloading, and movement of construction materials, including lumber, steel, concrete, pipes, and other building supplies
  • Ability to manage your time efficiently, meet project deadlines, and coordinate your tasks with other workers to ensure smooth progress.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Construction Equipment Operation
  • Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts
  • Ability to lift approximately 35-40 lbs.
  • Work within Federal, State and Local Regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and safety protocols on construction sites
  • Be able to legally work within the United States
  • A successful drug screening may be required

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
