We are seeking an experienced 1st shift Electronics Production Supervisor to lead daily operations within our electronic design and contract manufacturing environment. This role is highly hands-on and requires strong floor presence supporting SMT, cable/wire, and box build operations.
Key Responsibilities
Production Leadership
- Supervise general assemblers, SMT operators, and electronic technicians
- Ensure production schedules are met efficiently and on time
- Communicate daily production goals and priorities
- Enforce company policies, attendance, and environmental compliance
Technical & Process Oversight
- Support SMT lines, reflow ovens, wave soldering, AOI, coating, and cable/wire equipment
- Troubleshoot production issues and support engineering teams
- Review production documentation and provide labor estimates for cable, PCB, and box builds
- Maintain and improve production records and procedures in coordination with process engineering
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with IPC standards
- Maintain ISO-regulated processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years supervisory experience in electronics manufacturing (EMS preferred)
- Working knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610 required)
- Strong understanding of electronic components, schematics, and bills of material
- Experience in ISO-regulated manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Experience in contract manufacturing environment
- Lean / process improvement background
