Production Supervisor
Location: Ripon, WI

Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Production Supervisor to lead employees and oversee daily production activities.
The Production Supervisor will help ensure production goals are met while maintaining a safe, positive, and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support production employees throughout the shift.
- Assign employees to work areas and communicate daily production goals.
- Monitor production to meet safety, quality, and efficiency expectations.
- Ensure employees follow safety rules, GMPs, food safety requirements, and company procedures.
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to employees.
- Monitor employee attendance and performance.
- Help resolve production and equipment issues.
- Work with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments as needed.
- Complete required production and shift paperwork.
- Maintain a respectful, positive, and team-focused work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, production, food processing, or similar experience.
- Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.
