Labor Solutions is currently seeking a Production Lead don’t miss this great opportunity!
Hours: 8:00 AM TO 4:30PM, Monday–Saturday, with a random day off
Pay: $19/hr
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead daily activities to ensure efficient production
- Plan, coordinate and advise employees of work to be completed daily
- Monitor performance of employees to ensure they follow established standards and procedures
- Oversee daily set up of machinery and equipment prior to production for efficient and effective operation
- Complete daily yield form
- Make sure employees follow company guidelines and procedures
- Must learn all products including multiple sizes and cuts of products
Qualifications:
- Flexibility with the schedule and available to work overtime when needed
- Must have prior experience in fresh food manufacturing environment
- Ability to work in cold environment (below 40 °F)
