Job Title: Bookkeeper

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records. This role is responsible for ensuring all financial data is up to date and supporting overall accounting operations in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions (income, expenses, invoices, payments)
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts across multiple entities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records (if applicable)
- Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare financial reports (profit & loss, balance sheets, etc.)
- Assist with budgeting and financial tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Work with management and external accountants as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in payroll processing
- Experience in construction, staffing, or industrial industries
