Job Description:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our three day care centers. You will oversee all staff management and child enrollment, as well as certain administrative functions. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of care and service that our centers are known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Staff Management:
- Supervise and support center directors and staff.
- Facilitate ongoing training and professional development for staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.
Operations and Administration:
- Ensure staff adhere to operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee scheduling, and enrollment, and staff timeclock processes.
- Ensure centers are fully enrolled, fully staffed and manage recruitment efforts.
Parent and Community Relations:
- Serve as the escalation point of contact for parents regarding operational issues.
- Foster a positive relationship with the community and local organizations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations managerial role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills as well as a high-level problem solver.
- Proficiency with basic computer functions.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
