We’re hiring a detail-oriented Water/Mold Mitigation Technician in Asheville, NC, for a full-time, temp-to-hire position with day and night shifts available, including any day of the week. You’ll handle water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold remediation in residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Respond to water damage emergencies and perform water extraction and drying.
- Inspect properties for water damage and mold.
- Perform mold remediation and safely dispose of contaminated materials.
- Operate restoration equipment and document completed work.
- Communicate findings and maintain a clean, safe work area.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work.
- Ability to safely operate restoration equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
