Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently to meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products or parts according to instructions

• Conduct basic quality checks on finished products

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors
   

Required Background:

• Experience:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred, but not required

  • Experience operating basic production tools and equipment is a plus
    
    Criminal background required If chosen for the job.

• Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Skills:

  • Basic math and measurement skills

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

  • Attention to detail and quality

• Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to work overtime if necessary

  • Must be authorized to work in USA
