HVAC Tech - Experience Required

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician with hands-on experience in residential and/or light commercial systems. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position offering consistent hours and the opportunity for long-term placement based on performance and attendance.

$19/hour | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
 

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems

• Perform routine preventative maintenance

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues

• Replace parts such as motors, compressors, thermostats, and other components

• Ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements:

• Verifiable HVAC experience (minimum 1–2 years preferred)

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain if required)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
