Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently to meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products or parts according to instructions
Conduct basic quality checks on finished products
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors
Required Background:
Experience:
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred, but not required
Experience operating basic production tools and equipment is a plus
Criminal background required If chosen for the job.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
