Labor Finders is looking for a driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead our local office. In this role, you will take ownership of the branch’s success by driving B2B sales, managing daily operations, and leading a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities
- B2B Sales: Proactively generate new business, build relationships with existing clients, and present competitive quotes to meet revenue goals.
- Branch Operations: Manage the branch’s Profit and Loss (P&L), and oversee daily processes including billing, payroll, collections, and safety compliance.
- Team Leadership: Guide and support an internal team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Client Services: Spend up to 50% of your time in the field visiting client sites to ensure high-quality service, resolve issues, and promote our staffing solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 years of B2B sales, prospecting, and business development experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities, financial awareness, and excellent communication skills.
- Logistics: A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- Preferred: Previous experience in the staffing/recruiting industry and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a strong plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $58,000 – $62,000 annually, based on experience.
- Bonus Structure: Uncapped commissions (our successful managers consistently earn high five to low six figures).
