Who We’re Looking For
Registered Nurses with solid clinical experience and a strong desire to transition into Labor & Delivery / Post partum. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, passionate about maternal–child health, and ready to grow into a career in Labor & Delivery.
Program Start Date
August 2026
Program Structure
Approximately 16 weeks of comprehensive training, including:
- One-on-one preceptorship
- Didactic education
- Hands-on clinical experience in OB and L&D
Program Outcome
Successful completion leads to a full-time position in Labor & Delivery.
Commitment Requirement
Participants are expected to commit to two years on the L&D unit following program completion.

- LDRP model with a Special Care Nursery
- Expansive OB and Midwife delivery models
- Unit focuses on physiologic birth, shared decision making, and evidence-based practice

Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required
