This is one of our more social positions due to the customer interaction and numerous staff members being scheduled at the same time. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience butchering in a retail environment.
- Has knowledge of raw meat preparations, red meat cuts, and cooking knowledge.
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Great customer service skills
- Take pride in your work
- Enjoy working around good people
