Labette Healthis seeking a Rehab Aide to support our Outpatient Therapy

team in providing outstanding patient care. This position plays an

important role in helping maintain therapy flow, assisting therapists

with non-clinical tasks, preparing treatment areas, and ensuring

patients have a positive experience throughout their rehabilitation

journey.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in healthcare,

physical therapy or occupational therapy, or who enjoys working directly

with patients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

### What Youll Do {#what-youll-do section-id="1j5ac4d" data-start="601" end="619"}

• Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment between patient
  
  

visits

• Assist therapists with patient flow and non-clinical support tasks
• Help transport or escort patients as needed
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of rehab areas
• Support scheduling, clerical, and front desk activities as needed
• Assist with monitoring exercise activities under therapist direction
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
• Help create a positive, encouraging therapy environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy environment
• Interest in healthcare or rehabilitation preferred
• Previous healthcare, fitness, or customer service experience is
